Getting Started

Can I use the system on any type of device?
Xperios requires an operating system of Windows 10. The mobile apps for parents and teachers can be accessed online using the web, or via our iOS app.
Do users have to be connected to the internet to access their information?
Teachers can access information and can update attendance and lesson notes when offline via our app. Users can view information and generate reports offline, but they do need to be online to make changes to information.
How long does it take to implement?
Implementations can take as little as 3 or 4 weeks depending on the size of your organisation, data migration complexity and availability of your teams for providing data and training.
Do I have to run regular updates?
Our developers are always creating improvements to Xperios and responding to feedback from users to continually improve your experience. These updates will be applied automatically and will run in the background when you open the software.
Will Paritor Xperios integrate with other systems?
Yes, the system has been developed to make this simple and we regularly integrate with online payment providers, central pupil databases and accounting packages for premium customers.
Will you provide training?
The system is simple to use, embedded with help functionality and free training resources, so your team can learn at their own pace.

Data and Security

How safe is my data?
Data is stored securely using Microsoft Azure, conforming to the most advanced cyber-security regulations. With built-in compliance tools, such as our AI anonymisation tool, we ensure that your data is always fully GDPR compliant. For full details read about our Data Hosting and Compliance
Can you migrate my data from my current system?
Yes, we will work with you to migrate your data from any system. We are very experienced in data migrations, so you are in good hands.

Costs

Is there a cost for implementation?
You can import your data yourself and there is a wealth of free resources to train your team.
How do I get support and how much will it cost?
Support and training are available to everyone through our training module and knowledge base. A built-in ticket system is available for our mid-range subscription and premium support is available to premium customers.
Do I have to pay for all the functions, some of which I do not require?
Xperios is charged per back-office administrator per month. This is inclusive of data hosting, access for Teachers, Parents, and Schools. You can disable modules that you do not use to keep the system simple and clutter-free, but there is no discounted rate for not utilising all of the software.
If I take on more teachers or pupils will it cost me more?
Our prices are based on the number of users in your administration team, however, there are caps on the number of pupils you can work with on the free version of the software. If you are already paying for the service, there is no additional cost for adding teachers and pupils.

Taking Payments

Can we invoice through Paritor Xperios?
Yes, there are tools to create both Parent and School invoices for Tuition, Hire, Ensembles and much more. Not only can you generate invoices, Xperios will do this for you and can automatically deliver these on a regular schedule and take regular payments via direct debit.
Can we take credit card payments?
Yes, we integrate to Worldpay, Stripe and Sage Pay out of the box. We can also integrate with other providers for premium customers.
Can you generate customised reports?
Xperios offers a set of built-in reports. It is also easy to access information and it's simple to generate your own bespoke reports. Premium customers you can export to excel and link to data visualisation tools via our API to build personalised dashboards.
